Eyeshadow. Do you like eyeshadow? Does your heart skip a beat when you notice a woman is wearing eyeshadow? Lots of women will wear mascara and maybe eyeliner, but eyeshadow is less common.
Eyeshadow can be incredibly subtle. Even your tuned, sissy eye will not have noticed it sometimes. The softest browns and beiges can appear entirely natural if applied properly. Daytime eyeshadow should be invisible; shaping the eye yet unnoticeable to the casual viewer.
You are going to wear eyeshadow. Not just at home, but everywhere, all the time. You will learn how to apply a light dusting of colour to your eyelids, to subtly shape your eyes with earth tones.
If you don't have any eyeshadow, now would be a good time to invest. Always remember, buy quality, you are investing in your femininity.

As a newcomer, I would recommend buying an eyeshadow 'kit' containing a selection of related colours, rather than buying single shades, one at a time. You may need to go to a department store or a large chemist's (drug store) for this, but you love shopping, don't you, sissy? Go for browns and neutrals to match your skin tone. Unfortunately, I'm no expert on Afro-Caribbean make up, so I can't advise on suitable colours.
Be sure to invest in good applicators, too. Don't use those sponges on sticks, buy some good quality brushes. They work better and feel better on your skin.

Experiment with a sweep of shadow across your whole upper lid. Try each of the colours (one at a time!) to see the effect. Experiment with how heavily you apply the shadow. When you find one you think is passable, wear it to work.

Continue to experiment. Start using a skin tone as a wash over your whole lid, then adding a slightly darker shade in the lid crease and at the lid margin on top and bottom lids. This is still very subtle but will add definition. Try it for yourself, sissy. When you are happy with your technique, wear it to work.
Once you are wearing this look regularly, buy a soft, brown eyepencil and add a line just under your upper lashes. Again very subtle, but you will know you're wearing it. Imagine how sexy it will be to know you are wearing eyeshadow and eyepencil to work...
Do it, sissy.
I'll do it
